Pest Control Technician

Position Overview Job Title: Pest Control Technician Location: North Olmsted, OH (Zip: 44147-2859). Report to Cleveland office once per week. Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour, uncapped bonuses, annual incentive trip, Company iPhone, and other benefits. Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order. Keep accurate records of treatments provided. Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws. Serve as subject matter expert, implementing the best pest solution for each customer. Maintain and service route customers according to company standards and procedures. Advise customers of potential problems. Inform management of any problems encountered on service routes. Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage. Assigned a local route; carry a product backpack (~50 lbs). Work schedule includes every other Saturday. Qualifications No experience necessary; training provided. Valid US driver’s license for at least 3 years. Clean driving record: no more than one moving violation in past year and no more than two moving violations in past 4 years.
