This property is 400+ units in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities Provide exceptional above-standard service to the beautification of the property. Grounds duties including lawn care, setting sprinkler systems, seasonal landscaping, snow removal, and pool maintenance. On-call and after-hours availability when needed. Requirements Must have some previous grounds experience, including lawn care, setting sprinkler systems, seasonal landscaping, snow removal, and pool maintenance. Must be on-call and available after hours when needed. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking. Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Must be able to traverse a variety of properties with stairs and in a variety of weather.
