Looking for a stable warehouse position with competitive pay and room to grow? Join a rapidly expanding logistics operation supporting data center customers. We're seeking reliable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for safely moving, organizing, and preparing materials for shipment while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks
• Load, unload, transport, and store products throughout the warehouse
• Perform daily forklift safety inspections and equipment checks
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders
• Stage, palletize, wrap, and secure outbound shipments
• Move inventory to designated storage locations
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operating standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Perform general warehouse duties, including lifting, sorting, and material handling
• Complete a forklift evaluation within your first 1-2 days of employment

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Experience operating:

• Sit-Down Forklifts
• Stand-Up Forklifts
• Reach Trucks

Warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
Material handling and order-picking experience
Strong commitment to workplace safety
Ability to pass an on-site forklift assessment
Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including lifting and moving materials
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Previous 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, staging, and pallet wrapping
• Inventory control and cycle count experience
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Available Shifts

1st Shift: $20/hr Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: $21.50/hr Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
3rd Shift: $22.50/hr Monday-Friday | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
Weekend Days: $23/hr Friday-Sunday | 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Weekend Nights: $23.75/hr Friday-Sunday | 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM

This position is based in a busy 3PL warehouse supporting data center operations. Team members can expect:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lockbourne, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.75/hr.
