Job Skills / Requirements

LACOSTA is looking for a Full Time General Cleaner to join our team in Beavercreek, OH!

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 20hrs/week

1. 4:00PM-10:00PM

Pay Rate: $14.50/hr

Job duties: Responsible for trash removal and cleaning manufacturing floor, offices, stairwells, lobby, and elevators. Routine building cleaning

• Window cleaning
• Trash and recycling removal
• Policing ground for litter

Floor Care

• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Vacuuming
• Small/Large Floor Scrubber

Stocking supply rooms Miscellaneous cleaning tasks

Requirements:

• Pass background check and drug screening
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear safety glasses, hard hat, steel-toe or composite toe shoes, long pants while working
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
