Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer (Remote)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer. This is a primarily remote position for candidates residing in approved states, with occasional travel to regional offices in the Northeast for team collaboration and planning sessions.

What You'll Do:
* Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions
* Provide technical leadership for configuration and integration development efforts
* Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices
* Architect and develop integrations using APIs, messaging frameworks, batch processing, and event-driven solutions
* Participate in solution design, estimation, planning, and delivery activities
* Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
* Collaborate with business, product, QA, and operations teams to deliver high-quality solutions
* Troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as a subject matter expert for the claims platform
* Support cloud-based development, deployment, and modernization initiatives

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 10+ years of overall software development experience
* 7+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter development experience
* Experience with both Guidewire configuration and integration development
* Hands-on Guidewire Cloud experience
* Experience leading projects and mentoring developers
* Experience working within Agile development environments
* Strong background in Property & Casualty insurance
* Strong understanding of Guidewire APIs and enterprise integrations

Preferred Qualifications:
* Guidewire certifications
* Experience with platform upgrades and modernization initiatives
* Experience with enterprise claims integrations and cloud data access solutions
* Prior experience serving as a technical lead or development lead
* Familiarity with additional Guidewire applications within the InsuranceSuite ecosystem

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
