Qualifications and Skills Prefer 1,000 hours of long‑term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons (Exceptions for recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants or Personal Care Aids, caring for a family member or persons who will only be providing companionship and housekeeping services). Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position. Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by state) and a drug screen.
