Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a key role in maintaining production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who takes pride in solving problems and preventing downtime.What You'll DoTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair manufacturing equipmentPerform preventive maintenance on production machineryRepair electrical systems, including 460V and low-voltage PLC-controlled equipmentTroubleshoot PLCs, mechanical systems, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipmentReplace bearings, sensors, switches, encoders, solenoids, and other componentsOperate a variety of hand and power toolsAssist with equipment setups, changeovers, and production supportComplete maintenance work orders and document repairsPerform emergency repairs to minimize production downtimeRecommend improvements to equipment reliability and production processesFollow all OSHA, food safety, and company safety proceduresQualificationsPrevious industrial maintenance experience preferredStrong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skillsExperience using multimeters and reading technical drawingsWelding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plusBasic machining experience is helpfulAbility to prioritize tasks and work independentlyExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsForklift and aerial lift certification (or willingness to obtain)High school diploma or equivalent preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and twist throughout the shiftLift up to 100 lbs. occasionallyComfortable working around manufacturing equipment in a production environmentSchedule2nd ShiftPay$28.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience.If you're looking for a stable opportunity where your maintenance skills can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!
