Inventory Catalog Assistant

(Temporary Position)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time (No Overtime)
Duration: Approximately 1–2 Months
Pay Rate: $15.00–$17.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented temporary employee to assist with creating a visual inventory catalog of our in-house products. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or someone seeking short-term summer employment.

The primary responsibility will be photographing inventory items and organizing images into a comprehensive, accurate glossary for internal use. The ideal candidate is highly organized, meticulous, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Photograph inventory items and equipment.
• Organize and label photos accurately.
• Create and maintain a visual glossary of all in-house inventory.
• Ensure images are clear, consistent, and properly categorized.
• Verify item information and maintain accurate records.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work accurately with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using a camera, smartphone, or basic computer software.
• Reliable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
• Previous inventory, administrative, data entry, or photography experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be highly focused on accuracy and quality.
