Job Description

You will supervise a branch of personnel consisting of technical and administrative specialists.

You will establish performance expectations; evaluate employee contributions; recommend awards, promotions, and disciplinary actions; provide technical and career guidance; and establish training plans.

You will lead or participate in division and/or department councils, special projects, or working groups.

You will participate in strategic planning efforts for the division and/or department.

You will support Equal Opportunity (EEO) programs; process improvement initiatives; demonstrate Navy Core Values in human resource management, property management, procurement and finance.

You will foster open communications and apply High Performance Organizational concepts.
