Up to $65/hr | Weekly Pay | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position with a consistent weekday schedule and no nights or weekends?

This full-time, school-based opportunity in Yuba City, CA gives you the chance to use your ABA expertise to help K–12 students succeed in the classroom. You'll work alongside teachers, special education professionals, and school staff to develop practical behavior strategies that make a difference in students' daily lives.

School-based experience is preferred but not required!

What You'll Do

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide behavior consultation and support to teachers and school staff
- Develop practical ABA strategies to address behavioral challenges
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions using data
- Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and school professionals
- Provide guidance and support to behavior technicians and other staff as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

What You'll Need

- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience developing behavior plans and conducting assessments
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based or special education experience preferred, but not required
