Customer Service Representative

Meador an Openwork Company is currently searching for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Gonzales, LA. In this proactive and sociable role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via telephone and face-to-face meetings and delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Ensure a smooth check-in process for students. Answer phone calls and help customers with questions or concerns. Assist with company inquiries and scheduling issues. Maintain confidentiality regarding students’ information. Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers. Qualifications High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.). Ability to use Windows Microsoft Office programs and Internet browsers. Ability to stand on feet for a full 8-hour shift. Willing to assist in different departments as needed. Additional Information Schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Pay Rate: $15 per hour. Job Length: Temp to Hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
