Job Description

Deliver high-quality care by utilizing your expertise as a Registered Nurse with a focus in Telemetry. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients or assigned groups, working in alignment with established standards and best practices. Essential Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience in a Telemetry nursing role
• Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for Telemetry patients
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and management of patients with acute and chronic cardiac conditions
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong organizational and supervisory capabilities
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and professional discretion

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and ongoing assessment for Telemetry patients
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in partnership with the healthcare team
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, promptly identifying changes and responding appropriately
• Supervise and direct nursing staff, ensuring adherence to standards of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in patient care planning meetings
• Foster a collaborative environment by coordinating with various healthcare disciplines
• Champion patient safety and deliver care that meets high-quality standards
