Clinical Educator

To support the training and development of clinical staff, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Clinical Educator will ensure high-quality patient care through the education of new and existing employees, primarily working remotely with occasional on-site training sessions during weekdays. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement orientation and continuing education programs for clinical liaison staff and nursing employees Assess and improve the quality and effectiveness of educational materials and training programs Collaborate with management and outside resources to enhance staff training and maintain compliance with regulatory standards Required qualifications: Current, active, valid nursing license Bachelor of Science in Nursing Minimum of four years' experience in nursing practice, preferably in hospital, home infusion, or home health settings Working knowledge of the Joint Commission accreditation process and HIPAA regulations Demonstrated leadership and excellent organizational skills
