Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Registered Nurse – Nursing Resource Pool Full‑time position at Sentara RMH Medical Center, Harrisonburg, VA. The RN will float across multiple inpatient units and work multiple shifts. Location Harrisonburg, VA. Shift Multiple shifts available. Compensation Sign‑on bonus up to $20,000 with no contract required. Education and Certification Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required). Recent or upcoming graduates from RN programs considered. Registered Nurse license (required). Experience Previous acute care experience preferred. Duties and Responsibilities Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation). Practice standards of care, ethics, culturally congruent care, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, quality improvement, resource utilization, and environmental health. Apply clinical knowledge and skills within designated clinical areas.
