Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Emergency Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and monitor patient health conditions.
• Deliver timely and effective triage and treatment in emergency situations.
• Administer medications and perform necessary interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to individuals and families.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
• Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
