Collaborate with dedicated educational teams and families while providing essential therapy services to students with disabilities ranging from mild to severe, including autism, cognitive delays, emotional disturbances, and Down Syndrome. What we’re looking for:

• Holds a valid NY Speech Language Pathologist License
• Possesses active TSSLD Certification
• Experience in a school setting (K-12) highly preferred
• Skilled in delivering interventions via both in-person and teletherapy platforms
• Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to student success

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing tailored speech and language therapy to students across grade levels
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student goals
• Documenting progress and participating in IEP meetings
• Utilizing various methods and platforms, including teletherapy, to maximize accessibility
