This is a traveling role with early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am). Assignments available Monday-Friday; occasional overnight hotel stays may be required. Responsibilities Coach and train Inventory Associates – accuracy matters. Follow a clear, consistent workflow – your playbook for success. Lead and engage: serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns, support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager, while driving operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team. Team Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age (21+ years old to be a qualified van driver; 18+ to drive a personal vehicle for business needs). High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance. Positive, team-oriented attitude and access to reliable transportation. Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required. A valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance may be required per WIS Fleet requirements. Working Conditions This position requires standing for prolonged periods with occasional walking, repetitive hand/wrist motions, potential for low positions such as squatting or kneeling, use of ladders, lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, and frequent travel by car and occasional travel by plane, including overnight stays.
