HealthActive, our solution for self-insured health plans with actives and early retirees, combines one-on-one health advocacy with technology-driven insights to help members successfully navigate their healthcare journey. As a Welcome Coordinator, you will be among the first to speak to newly eligible individuals to inform them of their designated Medicare Plan and provide insights into RetireeFirst. Your guidance through the step-by-step, formal onboarding process will lay the foundation for the service expectation standards our members have come to expect. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring RetireeFirst leaves a positive, lasting impression with our members. Role Responsibilities: Make proactive, outbound welcome calls to newly eligible individuals to introduce them to their Medicare Plan and to RetireeFirst. Provide plan education by reviewing plan benefits and coverage details while clearly explaining plan rules to ensure members understand how to utilize their new healthcare services. Guide members through the formal, step-by-step onboarding and enrollment process to ensure completion and accuracy of all initial paperwork and requirements are satisfied. Perform data verification by confirming member demographics, contact preferences, and eligibility details during the call to ensure internal membership database accuracy Assist members with resource navigation, directing them how to find in-network doctors, pharmacies, and urgent care facilities associated with their specific plan tier. Requirements Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to explain complex subject matter (ex: Medicare Plans) 3-5 years of related customer service experience Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Data Management Summary LaborFirst is committed to regulatory excellence and operational integrity.
