Restaurant Manager for casual dining SPORTS BAR restaurant!

Join a thriving casual dining sports bar that is thriving and growing! We are seeking a motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee a team of over 50 employees and contribute to delivering an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment. This role offers significant growth potential, including promotion to Assistant General Manager and a competitive compensation package with bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

Manage daily restaurant operations and high customer volume efficiently
Lead, train, and develop staff to ensure excellent service delivery
Coordinate scheduling to optimize workforce coverage
Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain stock levels
Support execution of promotional and special events
Maintain strong team leadership fostering a positive work environment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience in restaurant management
High School Diploma or equivalent
