Most work is performed on customer sites, with occasional shop support.In this role, you'll:Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Bucket trucks / aerial devicesDigger derricksTruck-mounted cranes (LMI & CAN-bus systems)Hydraulic utility equipment & major componentsHeavy- and light-duty truck chassis, diesel, and electrical systemsPerform inspections, preventive maintenance, and on-site diagnosticsRead and interpret manuals, schematics, and repair ordersUse laptops and diagnostic software to identify issuesComplete documentation accurately (repair orders, timecards, inspection forms)Communicate with customers and CTOS teams to minimize downtimeFollow all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsParticipate in ongoing CTOS and manufacturer trainingTravel within and occasionally beyond your assigned territoryWhat Makes You a Great Fit:You enjoy working independently and solving problems in real timeYou're experienced with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systemsYou're comfortable interacting with customers and working in the fieldYou want a role where every day is differentPreferred Skills:Electrical, hydraulics, welding, and schematic/blueprint readingDiagnostic software experience (QuickServe, DTNA, etc.)DOT, ANSI, and dielectric testing experience
