Your legacy of excellence begins when you join us at Forest Hills Care & Rehab.Currently available shifts:6:00pm to 6:00am Sunday through Tuesday plus every other WednesdayThursday through Saturday plus every other WednesdayPay, Benefits and Perks of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Now offering $26 - $30 per hour depending on experience.Shift Differential PayTake home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shiftHave fun with contests and employee appreciation events every monthEssential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursingThe candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standardsInitiates and leads individualized nursing care plansAssesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing needsAccurately and promptly implements physicians' ordersAssigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident's needs and the person's capabilities and qualificationsAdministers medicationsStarts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residentsDocuments that treatment as requiredEnsures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe mannerOther duties as assignedQualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):Graduate of accredited LPN or RN School of NursingOne year of nursing experience is preferredValid RN or LPN license for the state of Oklahoma is requiredValid CPR certificationAbility to work cooperatively as a member of a teamAbility to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organizationAbility to react decisively and quickly in emergency situationsAbility to maintain confidentialityKnowledge of training techniques for clinical staffCandidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.EEO Statement:Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
