Client Services Representative

East Side Clinical Laboratory, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Representative to support providers, patients, and internal lab teams with high-quality service. In this role, you will respond to phone and electronic inquiries, verify patient and test information, resolve order and result issues, and coordinate with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely reporting. You will document all interactions, follow HIPAA and quality protocols, and escalate complex issues as needed. Working in a professional, patient-centered environment, you’ll use lab and EMR systems and contribute to accurate diagnostics and exceptional customer experience.
