Senior Oncology Sales Specialist

We are partnering with a precision oncology biopharmaceutical client dedicated to developing targeted cancer therapies. They are seeking a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist with a strong background in breast cancer or solid tumors to expand healthcare provider relationships across an assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to create market access, cultivate strong relationships with breast cancer providers, and navigate the oncology sales environment. This is a field-based role requiring approximately 50% travel . Some territories will be largely commutable, while broader territories may require frequent air travel and overnight stays. Territories: Brooklyn: Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and Long Island, NY Los Angeles: Los Angeles, Torrance, Mission Hills, Tarzana, Santa Monica, Oxnard, and San Buenaventura Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with breast cancer and solid tumor oncology providers within the assigned territory. Build and expand a professional network of healthcare providers and key stakeholders. Drive new patient starts and achieve territory sales objectives. Manage the full sales cycle while effectively navigating both successes and challenges in a competitive oncology environment. Spend approximately 50% of your time in the field, traveling throughout the assigned territory and meeting with healthcare providers. Adapt to territory-specific travel requirements, including local driving and, for broader territories, domestic air travel and overnight stays. Qualifications Recent experience in breast cancer or solid tumor oncology sales. Demonstrated ability to create access and successfully navigate healthcare systems and provider networks. Established network and strong relationships with breast cancer providers and oncology professionals. Proven track record of working through both the highs and lows of a sales environment.
