Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Position ResponsibilitiesDirectly responsible for overall project management delivery on accountSupport Client with Capital Plan development & project scopeDevelop project budget including hard and soft costs and firm knowledge of construction cost/benefit analysisBe an active leader in cost saves/avoidance and have the ability to perform negotiations and value engineeringAbility to mine, create, track, and monitor meaningful data Metrics, analysis and track KPIsProvide technical support; project budgeting and scheduling including Client's goals and objectives, site improvements, entitlements and permits (expedition process with agencies and municipalities), consultant selection; design team management, schedule creation and management, contractor selection and management, financial management including cash flows, anticipated cost reports and monthly reportsAssemble and manage required teams of consultants and contractorsMaintain client relationships and manage conflict resolutionProvide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are metDevelop relationships with consultants, contractors and vendors - evaluate their performance, and provide intelligent bid levelingIdentify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk, including understanding the concepts of risk and compliance related to construction, including managing and maintaining the JLL playbook and working with the client on risk management and mitigationEstablish and refinement of best practices of standards of excellenceDemonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projectsExperience in space planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation phases with client teams.Ensure accurate management of all accounts receivables to maintain a level not to exceed planned working capital charge as set by corporate financeComply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practices and HR policiesTask ResponsibilitiesMaintain client relationships and communicationsConduct periodic account and client callsGaining comprehensive understanding of client's long-term business goalsShare Best Practices across team/clientsAttend industry eventsMaintaining a presence in industry organizations and other external outletsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (SKA)7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management preferred3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705 / TEMPEST requirementsExperience leading and running numerous projects simultaneouslyAbility to develop and cultivate business relationships with existing and prospective clientsA strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estateExperience working with Landlords, developers and institutional ownersKnowledge and ability reading and understanding design development and construction documents.Ability to manage several medium to large secured environment ground-up development projects and corporate interiors projectsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner and computer literacyAbility to read commercial leases and support the Acquisition Manager and Legal to review leases and make valuable comments regarding Work Letters and other Exhibits and details of the prospective leaseFlexibility with work hours and travel (US and/or Canada) as needed, with the ability to work in a hybrid model, where up to three days are in client office locations (subject to change) may be required.Highly organized with strong analytical skillsSkill and interest in business development a strong plusKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project softwareMinimum Required EducationBachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred.This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:129,000.00 – 186,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
