MRI Technologist Position

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join a hospital-based radiology team in Scarborough, ME. The technologist will prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, operate Philips MRI scanners to obtain diagnostic-quality images, and follow established safety and imaging protocols in a Level 1 trauma environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in MRI (ARRT (MR)).
• AMRIT certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technologist experience.
• Required experience with Philips MR systems, specifically 1.5T (Ingenia/Ambition) and 3T platforms.
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center, including imaging of anesthesia and ICU patients.
• Proficiency with neuro (spine, brain, brain perfusion), body (abdomen, MRCP, kidney, pelvis), and MSK imaging protocols.
• BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with Epic EMR preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to follow protocols as written and work as a self-initiated, team-oriented communicator.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 07:00–19:30.
• May be required to rotate between sites when not scheduled on overnight assignments.
