Job Title: TCPA Litigation Attorney Location: United States - Full Remote Salary: $100k-$180k We are looking for a highly motivated Attorney with an interest in and/or TCPA class action experience. The attorney should be proactive, self-driven, and creative; have excellent writing, research, and analytical skills; and be proficient in pleading, motion, and discovery practice. This position would primarily involve handling plaintiff-side class action matters related to TCPA violations. Why join us? What you need to have: At least two (2+) years of relevant experience Experience in TCPA Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills. Strong oral advocacy and communication skills.
