Inpatient Rehab RN

As an Inpatient Rehab RN at TriStar Health, you’ll deliver evidence-based rehabilitation nursing care to adult patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. You will perform focused assessments, administer medications, manage complex care plans, and support mobility and functional recovery. Collaborating with physicians and therapists, you’ll coordinate individualized treatment goals, educate patients and families, and ensure safe discharges.
