As a Massage Therapist at our spa and wellness center, you will provide expert therapeutic massage to 1-3 clients daily using primarily Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, and other specialty techniques. You will create tailored treatment plans, maintain sanitation standards, and foster a relaxing environment that promotes client wellbeing without the need for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and health conditions before treatment
• Perform Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, and specialty massage techniques
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation compliance for equipment and work areas
• Keep detailed client records and treatment notes
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure client comfort and satisfaction
• Recommend appropriate wellness products to clients
• Engage in continuing education to stay current with industry standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional massage therapy experience
• Completion of an accredited Massage Therapy program
• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) credential
• Proficiency in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point therapies
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Excellent client communication skills
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and stress management techniques
