The Company is seeking an Industry Relationship Manager and Strategy Executive to join their global healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth within a portfolio of client relationships and partnering with the Global Industry Head to develop and implement industry-focused solutions and revenue-generating activities. This role demands a deep understanding of clients, the industry ecosystem, and relevant solutions. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, collaborating with various teams to identify and execute client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities, and working with the Industry Head to develop and train coverage bankers. The role also involves creating and coordinating content to enhance the Industry Head's external brand, as well as driving the development of industry-focused solutions and deal replication initiatives. Applicants for this role at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and have a strong background in banking and investment products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing sound financial advice, structuring complex deals, and staying abreast of industry market trends. The role requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, the ability to work effectively in a team, and a proactive, innovative approach to business relationships.
