Heart and Vascular Institute. Cancer Center. Brain and Spine. Rehabilitation services. Behavioral Health. Digestive Health. Bariatric Medicine and Weight Management. Women's Health. Pediatrics. Region's premier imaging, surgery, and laboratory services. Located in the central region of Michigan's upper peninsula. Largest community in the peninsula. Home to a renowned university. Housing recommendations available. Several 1-bedroom apartments available in nearby areas. Multiple 3-bedroom houses can be accommodated. Formal attendance policy: Second absence results in a formal warning. Third absence may lead to termination unless prior agreement is made. All absences must be made up to maintain contracted hours. Early termination fees may apply if attendance requirements or professional conduct standards are violated.
