Our client, a well-established manufacturing company, is seeking a Financial Controller to help lead the finance function during an exciting period of operational transformation and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly financial reporting and month-end close
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing
- Analyze manufacturing costs and identify opportunities for operational improvements
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital
- Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting processes
- Partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and bill of materials management
- Supervise and mentor a small accounting team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong cost accounting and inventory management experience
- Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Leadership experience with the ability to build processes and improve operations
