Board Certified Primary Care Physician
Seeking Board Certified Primary Care Physician to care for patients in a nursing home setting.
This is a full-time, permanent positionideal for a physician who values autonomy, balance, and long-term stability.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $250K$300K+, depending on your workload & preferences
- Schedule: Flexible "round and go" model start your day when it works best for you
- Call: Weekend call only (1:5) and no night call

What We're Looking For
- MD/DO, Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
- Active New York medical license
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Medicare & Medicaid billing numbers
- Prior nursing home experience a plus
- Physicians seeking a long-term, rewarding relationship with our group
