Join a compassionate home healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) Key Responsibilities Provide and document skilled nursing care per care plans and physician orders for adult patients in home settings. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, and implement appropriate interventions to ensure safety and optimal outcomes. Develop, update, and coordinate nursing care plans while maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and standards. Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and responses in a timely manner. Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries. Qualifications & Skills Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state. Current CPR certification; willingness to obtain if needed. Experience in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance. Reliable transportation and ability to travel. Strong attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills. Additional Requirements Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and repositioning patients. Ability to work in diverse environments with exposure to blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
