Lab Assistant

CES/AWS is looking for a Lab Assistant for our recycling and metals recovery client. Location: Hebron, OH Salary : up to $50,000-$55,ooo Shift: Morning schedule, Full Time Direct Hire We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Assistant to support daily laboratory and sampling operations in Hebron, OH. What You'll Do Assist with daily laboratory and sampling activities. Prepare and organize samples for testing and analysis. Follow established laboratory procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Accurately label, document, and track samples throughout the testing process. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory work area. Assist laboratory technicians with testing, equipment, and general lab activities. Perform routine measurements, data entry, and recordkeeping. Help maintain laboratory supplies, materials, and equipment. Follow proper PPE and safety procedures when handling materials and laboratory equipment. Communicate any issues, discrepancies, or equipment concerns to the appropriate team member. Support other laboratory and production activities as needed. What We're Looking For Previous laboratory, manufacturing, production, or sampling experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Basic computer and data-entry skills. Ability to accurately complete documentation and maintain records. Dependable, organized, and willing to learn. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Comfortable working in a hands-on laboratory/industrial setting. Ability to follow all company health, safety, and environmental procedures .
