We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. Our practice is primarily focused on automotive and premises personal injury cases. Qualifications 2-5 years of personal injury experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Investigative mindset Ability to manage high volume of cases Excellent client service and communication skills Self-starter driven by long-term career goals Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Requirements Experience in CA, WA,, and/or AZ/OR Experience utilizing AI tools We are looking for people who are Kind and compassionate Authentic and real Responsible and trustworthy Ambitious Accountable for results Excellent communication and people skills are essential Candidates must be highly organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Outstanding attention to detail Responsibilities Client communication E-filing Drafting shells for motions/pleadings Calendaring discovery deadlines Letters to counsel, client, and other parties involved Assisting with scheduling Depos, mediations, DMEs Getting records from Experts Preparing docs (jury fees, CMC statements, subpoenas, meet & confers) Trial doc prep (exhibits binders and trial binders) Follow the Code of Civil Procedure Propound/ Respond to Discovery You may be responsible for communicating with insurance companies, experts, and other third-party vendors You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining clients' electronic files within our case management systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
