Implement physical therapy interventions concentrating on mobility, balance, strength, and overall functionality

Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal results

Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and home exercise regimens

Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards

Contribute to care team meetings and interdisciplinary discussions to ensure coordinated support

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a similar degree from an accredited institution

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification preferred

Specialized certifications (geriatric, neurological, etc.) are valued but not mandatory

Prior experience is highly desirable
