Document Management/CAD Technical Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Document Management/CAD Technical Consultant based in United States. As a Document Management/CAD Technical Consultant, you will lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations while serving as a hands-on technical owner for complex platform solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable configurations, integrations, workflows, and data structures that support diverse organizational needs. The role combines technical delivery, client collaboration, solution design, and project execution across the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders and project teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives while following platform standards and maintainability best practices. You will also have opportunities to contribute to projects spanning ITSM, CSM, HRSD, custom applications, and other ServiceNow modules. This fully remote position is suited to a technically strong consultant who enjoys solving complex problems and sharing expertise with others. Accountabilities: - Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing delivery. - Serve as a hands-on technical owner, balancing technical leadership with platform development and configuration responsibilities. - Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using established best practices across workflows, business rules, integrations, and data models. - Partner directly with business stakeholders and project teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions. - Support implementations across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications. - Provide technical guidance on platform architecture, data structures, integration patterns, and solution design. - Contribute to project planning, delivery timelines, risk identification, and mitigation activities. - Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow standards for performance, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants when needed.

- Contribute to delivery methodologies, technical best practices, and continuous improvement across consulting engagements. Requirements: - 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow implementations. - Proven experience managing full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations from requirements through deployment. - Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, workflows, business rules, data structures, and integrations. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required. - One or more ServiceNow CIS-level certifications in any module is preferred. - Experience with Document Management and CAD-related solutions within ServiceNow is required for the role. - Ability to take ownership of technical delivery while collaborating effectively with project managers, business stakeholders, and other technical teams. - Strong understanding of integration patterns and the ability to design solutions that are scalable and maintainable. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working in client-facing and cross-functional environments. - Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, adaptability, and attention to technical detail. - Consistent availability, reliability, professional accountability, and the ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment. - Collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring colleagues and contributing to shared delivery standards.
