What You'll Do

• Create and maintain organized medical records, files, logs, and related documents
• Sort, label, file, and retrieve records in accordance with retention procedures
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all records
• Monitor inventory of clinic supplies and prepare inventory reports
• Oversee sign-in/out logs and ensure compliance
• Coordinate transfer of outside referrals and medical records
• Assist in preparing routine medical and dental reports
• Read and understand medical instructions, policies, and reports

What You Need

• ICE clearance (expedited process in place); ability to start once clearance is received
• Previous medical records or clerical experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain confidentiality
