Parts Counter Associate

James River Equipment in Salisbury, NC seeks a Parts Sales Specialist to provide excellent customer service and support parts sales operations. Schedule This position is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday coverage. Responsibilities Greet customers and collaborate on parts needs in person, by phone, and online. Process orders and complete sales. Place machine down orders and stock orders as requested. Process parts requests for internal and external customers. Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory when scheduled. Qualifications Enjoy being customer-facing, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication and excellent attendance. Attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and strong customer service skills. Recent computer use with experience in dealership software and parts/inventory systems is a plus. Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries with timely follow‑up and not afraid to answer the phone.
