Bar Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bar Manager role located in Grosse Pointe Park, MI. The Bar Manager will oversee all aspects of bar operations, including staff training, daily customer service, inventory management, and sales performance. The successful candidate will manage beverage offerings, maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere, and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience, as well as scheduling for staff and team building. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experience and effective team collaboration. Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Ability to facilitate staff Training and mentorship to motivate and elevate team performance. Sales acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and implementing strategies to increase profitability. Professionalism, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
