Your role is to spark conversations, share product knowledge, and create positive first impressions with potential customers. We will train you to connect, educate, and represent our brand with energy and professionalism. No background in sales or energy is required. If you are friendly, outgoing, and coachable, this is a great opportunity to gain experience, grow professionally, and contribute to a mission-driven company.Compensation starts with a guaranteed $15 per hour base pay (draw against commission) and includes additional performance-based bonuses, offering uncapped earning potential. Educate prospects about the benefits of solar and battery backup systems. Distribute promotional materials and direct interested customers to schedule a consultation. Assist with setting up and maintaining displays or event booths. Represent the Cannon Solar brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Record basic prospect information or leads for the sales team.Qualifications include being outgoing, confident, and comfortable talking with new people. Reliable, punctual, and organized. Energetic, approachable, and driven. Coachable and open to feedback. Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.This role is an entry point into a fast-growing industry. Many of our leaders started as Brand Ambassadors and grew into closers, trainers, and managers.
