Essential Qualifications:

• Active Rhode Island Psychologist (RI Psych) credential or certification
• Experience within school-based or educational psychology roles is preferred

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psychological services to elementary students, including assessments, counseling, and crisis intervention
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and emotional needs
• Conduct evaluations, interpret results, and participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Offer consultative support and targeted interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policy and state regulations

Key Details:

• Start as soon as possible, with the contract extending through mid-July
• Full-time position: 37.5 hours, Monday through Friday
• Caseload size to be determined, focused on the elementary age group
