Guest Experience Specialist - Front Desk

Hampton Inn Gulf Shores is seeking a Front Desk Agent to be the guest’s first point of contact and to manage all aspects of accommodations. You will register guests, handle reservations, and provide information about rooms, rates and amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. As a full-time team member, you will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to keep rooms ready and guest satisfaction high, while addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
