TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27403!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years required License: Active nursing license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS required Must-Have: - EPIC experience required - Ability to float as needed - Must pass a compliance EKG exam Description: Locals accepted! Urgent need for positions with an ASAP start date. Allowed to start with compliance items pending. Shifts are 4x12, nights from 7 PM to 7:30 AM. Must work weekends (at least 8 per contract) and holidays as needed. General Emergency Department experience required for combined adult and pediatric care. Experience with blood product administration, central line care/management, phlebotomy, and starting IVs is necessary. Familiarity with continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, and procedural sedation administration is essential. Experience with CPAP/BiPAP, interpretation of arterial blood gases, and care of ventilated patients is needed. Triage experience is a plus. The patient ratio is 1:5. Daily census includes all patient age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Supporting services include IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services. No open cases are permitted in the background check. Active license must be in hand at submission. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not accepted. Current driver's license is required for address verification.
