We are a dynamic Martial Arts Academy seeking an energetic and experienced Hip Hop Dance Instructor to join our Summer Camp Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a fun, engaging and age appropriate dance experience for children age 5 to 10.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Hip Hop Dance classes for kids age 5-10 in a Summer Camp setting
- Create a fun, structured and engaging choreography appropriate for young beginners
- Foster a positive, inclusive and high energy environment
- Ensure the safety and participation of all students
- Collaborate with camp staff to support overall programing
Schedule :
- Flexible scheduling
- Must commit to 2 classes per week, 1 hour per class.
Qualifications :
- Experience teaching Hip Hop Dance to children
- Strong Communication and classroom management skills
- Energetic, reliable and positive attitude
- Background working with youth programs, camps or schools preferred
Compensation:
- $50 / hour
