Work Environment\nThis role is designed to be conducted remotely, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home while minimizing travel. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children's developmental progress, utilizing standardized tools and measurements. \n
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to each child's unique needs and goals. \n
- Monitor and document progress towards established outcomes, providing necessary adjustments to interventions based on data-driven insights. \n
- Deliver early intervention support through ongoing family consultations, educational resources, and therapeutic guidance to empower families in nurturing their child's development. \n
- Create a trusting and supportive environment by building rapport with children and their families, employing developmentally appropriate communication strategies. \n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations, including maintaining up-to-date records and participating in required training sessions. \n
This position primarily focuses on providing support to young children with disabilities or delays in their developmental milestones. You will work closely with families, offering critical support and guidance as they navigate their child’s unique challenges and developmental journey. Your role will be essential in helping families understand and implement effective strategies to foster their child’s growth in various domains, including physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required. \n
- Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health is mandatory. \n
- A valid driver’s license is necessary for any required visits or assessments. \n
- Experience with Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly valued, demonstrating a commitment to child-centered approaches. \n

- At least 2 years of experience working specifically with young children in early intervention settings. \n
- Proficient in adapting therapeutic techniques to meet diverse learning styles and needs of each child. \n
- Strong background in collaboration with families, demonstrating the ability to empower and educate caretakers about intervention strategies. \n
