With a balanced mix of customer-focused work, product lifecycle support, and hands-on troubleshooting, you’ll gain exposure to diverse engineering challenges while building your expertise.If you are motivated by problem-solving, continuous learning, and making a tangible impact, this role offers the chance to grow your career in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.### **How you'll make an impact*** Perform engineering tasks including analysis, design, development, testing, and installation support* Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, and Bills of Materials* Develop 2D and 3D CAD models for prototypes, production, and retrofit builds* Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs meet application requirements* Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence* Support customer orders, product improvements, and field troubleshooting activities* Assist in preparing technical documentation, specifications, and approvals* Contribute to improving product design, performance, and reliability* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.### **Your background*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field* 2+ years of relevant engineering experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience* Experience with 3D CAD tools (e.g., Creo/Pro-E or similar) preferred* Familiarity with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) is a plus* Exposure to electromechanical product design is desirable* Knowledge of engineering principles, standards, and best practices*Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
