About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Sales to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing regular coaching, conducting hands-on training, and offering ongoing mentoring to the sales staff. This role requires the ability to foster a positive workplace culture, manage under-performance issues, and hold accountability discussions. The Head of Sales will also be tasked with establishing and monitoring KPIs, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds sales goals. Applicants must have a strong background in the cabinetry industry, with a focus on high-level sales of kitchen and bathroom cabinetry. A minimum of 10 years' of experience, including 4-5 years in a sales management role, is essential. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, with a proven track record in growing a sales team and managing the sales process from lead generation to closing. Strong expertise in pipeline management, budgeting, and a customer service-oriented approach with excellent interpersonal skills are also required. A 4-year college degree is a minimum educational requirement for this position.
