Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of assembly line workers. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. Train and mentor new assembly personnel, fostering skill development. Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company policies on the shop floor. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production flow and resolve interdepartmental issues. Recommended Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
