Accounting Clerk (HYBRID)
$24 - $25 per hourPrideStaff
Temp-to-Hire | $24-$25/hr | HYBRID Schedule:
- First 2 months: On-site Monday-Friday
- After training: Hybrid - Work from home Monday & Friday, in-office Tuesday-Thursday
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
- Communicate with accounting teams across the U.S. and international offices
- Review, match, and enter invoices with accuracy
- Support payment processing and follow-up on outstanding items
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Assist with reconciliations and basic reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (A/P or A/R a plus, but not required)
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with global teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Eager to learn and grow within the accounting field
- Reliable, professional, and able to work full-time on-site during training
- Hourly: $24-$25/hr
- Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
